Pop Blimp can hardly believe its been ten years since the release of arguably one of the best slices of pop music EVER. Quite frankly we don't trust anyone who says they don't like Kylie. These people would probably say they don't like sunshine, or the seaside, or cheesecake. Take another look at the video. Now, we have the dance moves down.... just working on our outfits (got myself a nice little red visor. Wonders what A_D_N will look like in the white dress).
Some facts about the La La La Song:
1. It has sold over 1.1 million copies and is the 67th best selling single OF ALL TIME in Britain.
2. Sophie Ellis-Bexter didn't want to record it.
3. It was Kylie's 6th UK number one and 7th Aussie chart-topper.
4. Cathy (Touch me all night long) Dennis had a hand in writing it.
5. The press had a field day setting up a chart battle between this and Victoria Beckham's 'Not Such an Innocent Girl'. Vicky made it to number 6 on the charts.
